ok my post was in 09 bout that pally now I don't know what is best every char can be taken down. Friends zon that can only lose to like 4v1 gets owned 1v1 by my druid his barb owns my druid. His barb is most likely the best dueler I've seen. the closest I've come to killing him is about 1/4 life left. (druid is wind)

I had a pally in 1.09 that could own any class I came across, sorc, barb, wolf druid, zon, you name it. Then my buddies pvp necro came into site. He owned me like 4 times in a row all within a matter of seconds. I know that a fast martial assassin can own a high level barb too. my buddy's 87 barb with really nice equip got owned by my lvl 67 assassin with shit equip. He tried ww'ing me over and over, and I'd just run around in circles around him. then I ran in fast when he slowed for a second, and he died fast.

i rember back in 1.9 my barb pwned everybody, he had eth zoded arreats, bvalor, ith ccb 954...and he was full of 290's....he did bout 20k ww dmg, and he owned like EVERYONE...heh to bad blizz deleted him

well I'm legit on battle.nut so I don't know nothing about that, but I do know that I've killed people who were "invincible" Not sure about all the closed b.nut hacks, but this sorc came into a game and went hostile, I went out and hit her like 3 times with a 3-5k guided arrow, and her life din't move. I ended up killing her somehow but it took great effort.

it was pre patch, and even if physical didn't damage her another element should have. It wasn't normal trust me, it was some kind of hack or something because she said she turned it off, then i killed her ez.

Personally a good Burizon can rule the board. Or a defend/absorb/resist barbarian or a good sorceress but considering how strong the paladin is from synergies now I do understand why everybody likes them.
