Requirments -30% on normal socket armor

Can someone answer me some questions about normal socktet armor

Can a normal 3 socketet wire fleece have a requirements -30 or 15 on it? without being magical?

I have a necro and i liked the looks of the wire fleece on necro but strength requirments are so high :eek: and want to use inigma runeword on it.

No you cant have it -15% unless you sock it with jewels

dumb question dude - reqs are magical, rare, uneqe, set, and runeword only unless u wona use hel runes and -req jewels and who cares about the looks of the armor its the stats that count i recomend enigma mage plate or enigma dusk shroud unless u have realy low str if thats the case then use breat plate or ring mail

and yes i care about looks of my character i can't do nothing about it its just me who want it that way.

The question is not that dumb because is pretty confusing about prefixes en suffixes on items

normal- just the normal item cant realy have anything special about it exept sockets and etheral

supeirior- up to 15% increesed durablility, etheral, up to 15% enhanced defence on armor only, sockets, up to 15% enhanced damige only on wepons

majical- up too 2 special antributes also can be eth

rare,set,uneqe all can have varing antribute numbers and antributes

yea if that was possible u would know it.. everyone with enigma would have one like that

also use a breastplate enigma for p&b necro or foher combine it with anni and u dont need any into str saving u more points for life. also some pally shield can have a certain amount of ar as well on them if their superior
