This is what my blizz sorc has for skills: Max Blizz, max Glacial spike, almost max ice blast, max cold mastery,1 teleport,1static feild,1 frozen sheild (the last cold sheild..?), and 1 to warmth.

Gear: P topazd shako, skullders, occy, lidless, (MF Gear: Ali Baba, Splendor), war travelers, 40 chancies,nagel rings and MF ammy. (Useast Ladder SC)

I agree with D2 Destroyer cold sorc is my favorite.. and for the gear it depends on the use.. for mf i would go with d2 destroyers.. and for dueling a high nightwing ,high fathom both with 5/5 cold facets, for a shield either a high resist sanctuary or a lidless with a 5/5 facet ,travs for boot, high maras for amulet, chance guard gloves, snowclash belt, 2 sojs for armor either coh or a near perfect blizzard ormus with a 5/5 cold facet and a mess of gc's
