How do these people make up these fake rune words? Hex editor? ZonFire? Jamella? How?

i dunno, but does ne one agree with me that battle.net should eitehr be more strict on open or just completely shut it down,,,, because all these item hacks start and begin from open battle.net.... ne one agree?
