the new Rws were a real disapointment. only afew id ever think about using. but propably never will.

blizzard did this cause belive it or not many ppl even on nonladder sc cant afford a hoto or nigma and those other runewords so blizz made runewords that mid level chars could use eh it all depends on how u look at it for godly ppl its shitty and for sucky ppl its hope that blizzard has something for them.

well thats becuase they just.... started again after quiting for like 2 years... or complete noobs in which some will sadly never own a godly item...
so most of those items suck. horribly... most are like for lvl 2? BAH...

It depends on how expirenced and how godly or not you are. Some have runes that require to high, such as Principle (Paladin). Gul is in this runeword and it makes this runeword not able to use until lvl 53.

in my whole d2 career life. ive only found like 7 HR's EVER. roflmfao...
the 40 others or more come from trading for them... currency changes.. of course.. but for ladder all them runes dont cost the same...
