You don't need DR% for PvM, unless you are going for solo Chaosing, which is a stupid idea with 75%DR anyway.

Max:~340 + gheeds + scs
However, your potential for dealing damage will suffer greatly due to slow FCR.
125%fcr setup 1:

Amu +2 pala 15%fcr +mods
Zaka Ist

Nagel 30
FCR ring
MF:
Tiara: 48%
Enigma: ~80

Max: ~240 + gheeds + scs
100 lower mf, but much, much more killing potential. Of course I didn't include the possible MF on rare items in this setup, because of the difficulty of acquiring them. Nevertheless, it's not impossible.
125%fcr setup 2:

Pala spirit 35%

Shako = 74
Enigma = ~80
Chancies = 40

Slightly less MF than on the first build, but killing potential makes up for it.
