Running multiple D2 windows

Hmmmm need some help here,

I have D2 setup with no cd loader no problems.

I copy from Onlyers download Auto-CDKey, CDkey.mpq and d2-cdkey and paste them into my D2 folder.

I edit the Auto-CDkey file to my 2nd set of CD Keys, save it, and run it to update.

I then run the D2-cdkey application and insert the 2nd set of CD Keys and click ok.

I create 2 copies of the D2 loader shortcut on my desktop, leaving one with the -W extension and the second pointing to -W -mpq cdkey.mpq extension.

When i run both of these both run ok however one gives me the message unable to log on as i am already using the cd key.

It appears as though the D2-cdkey application has worked as both windows are trying to log onto that update?

So what am i missing?
How do i reset these changes to try different things (am fed up with uninstalling D2 to reset the registry)
PS the CD Key checker that comes with onlyers doesn't work - Microsoft error report! (yes i have put it in my D2 folder as well)

Any assistance would be great.
I have followed both sets of instructions on this thread and the instructions in onlyers download, none are particulary clear.
