i think being fat is 99% of the time the person's fault. i guess you could blame it on the parents until that person is 18 (or mature, whenver hehe). but at soem point in your life you have to accept your own responsibilities and quit crying about your mother like these sorry "rock" bands like fred durst. i was always a little overweight cause my mom loved watching me eat her chicken fried steak and gravy, lol. but when i went in the army i lost it all then after that i put it back on then lost it then put some back on. right now i'm about 225 and i should be about 205-210 and i KNOW it's all my fault. i could easily sit around eating cupcakes and get up to 250-300 pounds. it's all up to the person.
i've heard some people say they can't lose weight by excercising and lifting weights and i don't want to sound like i'm being hard on these people but i'm telling you that you must be doing something wrong when you work out to not lose weight. it's all about your attitude. get an arnold schwarzzzneegererer almanac and it will tell you everything you need to know i promise. eat fruits and vegetables, there's no secret to losing weight. stay away from stupid ass weight loss programs. rice and vegetables people. you have to be HUNGRY to accomplish anythig in life.
