I use Avg and im Very happy with it
You can get it here AVG Free Advisor - Free antivirus and anti-spyware downloads

Also another cool site that you might like is PC Pitstop: Free PC Diagnostics, computer help and Tuneups It has loads of Tools and can Tell you quite about about your computer
