yes and blizz sorces can have up to 300% mastery and doing around 15,000 dmg, thats 45000/6=7500 dmg per hit

Plus teleing dont forget that. Smile So they can deke and cause ultimo death to stuff (thats not immune to cold) I agree Blizz sorcs are best
