There is this one retarded kid at a bus stop and when a bus comes he says "stoppp stoppp" (in a retard type tone obviously). and the bus goes right by. The second day he goes to the bus stop and says "stopppp stopppppp" the same way and the bus drives by. The third day hes goes to the stop and says "stoppp stoppppp" the same way and the bus runs straight over him. A guy on the bus says to the busdriver why did u just run him over. and the bus driver said "cuz he was making fun of me" (also in a retarded tone)

lol its more of a talking joke hard to tell in words

like the kid was saying thoppp thoppp and the bus driver heard him thought the kid was like making fun of how retards talked so he kept going by but the busdriver did no that the kid was retarded too thats why he said it funny LMAO thats just funny and if you dont get your dumb...
