i dont think that there is a thing thats "too much mf" i think its just because of unlucky drops. ive found loads of stuff at 710 and 500 and 960 it just depends on the luck of the drops in my oppinnion.

There is actually, if you look at you MF gear it says % Chance to find magic items. Magic is the key word here, Uniques and set items are NOT magic items, MF gear DOES help, but after a certain amount, you'll get nothing but the blue crap. I have 421 MF on my sorc and find better gear, more often, than a friend that has 600 or so.

i got like 620 mf and im lv 79...and found shit so does the lv of ur sorc matter?

MF increases the chance of the dropped items to be either magical, rare, set or uniqe.
It does not increase the chance of finding Elite items, such as balrog skin.

Hope this clears some things out : ) (and please correct me if I'm wrong)

i have found 3 arachnids 2 ss's and 3 ondals and 2 valors since the last post i dropped my mf to 590 so thats really good in my eyes

Its impossible to drop mine to that low i would have like at least 700 on my char alone without charms

im at 520 right now w/ my merc. Hes a Barb. Anyone have any sugestions on what equipment to look for a mf blizz/ice blast ? I used to use the tal set but i found that the socketed shako was a lot better. Anyone have sugestions?

Currupt you said that i should use a weapon swap for my kills.. Wouldnt it kill my tal MF+ attribute when i switch off? What exactaly is an isted gul monarc?

I used to have 990% mf, but i lost a lot of smfcs xfering them to a mule, because i found better stuff with 840%mf then with higher. I lost maybe like 8-10 7%smfcs trying to xfer them in a dueling room. I got that gay thing where it says the room is full when it isn't, then it says the game doesn't exist right after. By the way, Ist Monarch BLOWS. It has high str. I use 3os headhunters isted.
