From what i read, countess in act 1 on hell difficulty, pindleskin b4 the halls in act 5.... cows on hell is a good try?

Too tell you the truth, can be anywhere, best to go where the uniques are. prime evils, council, countess, and so on. GL & your on the same boat

mephisto is the best place to find unique mf items (occy, skullders, travs, etc...) and hell trav, chaos sanct and pretty much anywhere in act 5 are all good spots to find mf charms. In the last month i've prolly found at least 30 or so, i don't have hardly any room on my sorcs inventory for anymore mf charms.

Depends on your character, build, MF, etc.

I think cold sorcs are known for meph/pindle and most common pvm/mf sorc type there is.

but um... my guy suckies in hell and i wanted to mf to get the ARM OF KING LEROIC wand for necros

if u have it i will trade lem, sol, dol, and ko all for it maybe...

yeah if your poor, hell will be a difficult but great place to magic find. stick with those runes. You'll find the wand i can assure you. just keep mfing in nm act3/4/5

pindle and mef are always easy coz for mef there is the moat trick and 4 pindle wel... he's just easy anyway

Do NM Meph runs like crazy til you can get ptopazes and better MF gear.

Then move up to Hell Andy.. then move on to Hell Meph/Pindle.

what is the moat trick?

the moat trick is where you go tele to durance 3, then you tele over wake him and up lure him to the edge of it, while you sit back on the other side of the moat. You can attack him but he'll just stand there cause he can't attack you.

well for mf items u need gull/2ist ali baba, shako(ptopaz nice), skullders nice, nagels, travs, chances, and of course mfscs. i find alotta 3mfsc's

ok, before you all had rich gear, did you have a hard time staying alive trying to mv in hell, per se council and above? or did u stick with cows for a bit? doing a mf run without my good gear, my resist is in the high negatives. tsk tsk tsk
