If you want an unbeatable char then you need to make a hammerdin. Hammerdins are the strongest and equipt him with the fallowing:
Shako
Hoz
Enigma
2 naglerings

They can still be beat...diablo does not have one immortal character then that would be like uhh no point of the game sorry kid you cant be immortal but you can be on open have fun

Use rejuvenation hack, makes u immortal. Have fun! ^^

How bought no...thats the stupid thing ever. I was in a game with a foh palladin and he used that and it was the gayest shit ever he would leave it was a full game and he was killing everyone we finally killed him once we had to bone prison him about 8 billion times then have like 8 people hit him with all we got. it was so stupid.

Make an ES sorc, it won't be invulnerable but it'll be pretty close.

You just have to watch out for blood mana and mana burn.

make a pally with just a holy shock +synergies pally with 100 in str 100 dex and 400 in vit i hear shockadins can hit about 4k

In my opinion, the closest you will get to an Immortal Character would be to make a Hammerdin with godly gear (rich-people's gear).
