i don't live in the US lol. looking at it with unbiased eyes, i'd say it's pretty much as "****ed-up" as ppl say it is.

I do agree that Bush is too religious for a country that is supposed to be seperated completely from the church and all faith, but other than that, he isn't exactly a bad President in my eyes. As for Farenheit 9/11, it was a film made by a Democrat to make more Democrats see Bush as some oil-hungry jackass.. But think of it this way, even if the war was to get more oil, would you rather have it with us having less oil and higher prices? Also, I think you overestimate the power of the President, he's only a figurehead to take all the bashing the other branches of the government deserve. (P.S. Anubis, its Atheist, not Aetheist)

OH OH OH! I have come up with a great analogy for the american political system!!!
Here it is:
The American political system is like a borken train. Its on track its just not going anywhere.

It doesn't exactly matter if you HAVE lived in America, just that you don't live here now. It's like saying that you have driven a Corvette Stingray, so you must know what's on the 2005.

i must add that i do have numerous relatives who currently live in america. they share the exact same views as i do.
my point is, the fact that i don't live there now does not mean i cannot judge it. bush has never lived in iraq, and i'm sure he "judges" it all the time.

You go ANUBIS, would b nice for once to hear about the good things the U.S. does. Say disaster relief somewhere current, hmmm??? How about allowing illegal aliens to reside in the U.S. costing in one state alone (california) 10 billion dollars last year. It's about our country not about one man. Yeah he should answer for the problems, but he was not the creator of all that is currently wrong with the U.S. Problems start and stop with individuals, indviduals need to take responsibility for what they have done wrong. It's almost like saying hey guns kill people, wrongo' people kill people a gun is just a tool used in one way to kill somebody. Go ahead point the finger at Bush (no I'm not a 100% supporter either), but understand there was a huge intel community feeding him the intel on which way to go. You take matters like that in the worse case scenario. I mean how the he!! can the guy go right with people. On one hand let's blame him for the 9-11 attack in which he didn't listen to intel and then on the other hand when he does listen to the intel, people in america (outsiders who need to look at the bad of there own governmnets, because yours are not perfect either) are quick to critisize him for going over and killing. So what do u want. Think you could do better get the people on your side and run the country simple as that.

Well said corona but I still dont like Bush. Blamming him is like blamming canada its wrong most of the time but its better than blamming yourself. Do you really want to take the blame for 9/11?? How about the torture in Abu Grade(SP?)? You want to be responsible for that? Oh the best yet how about the current ecnonomic situation in America? You want to be held responsible for that?
See its not a matter of who's fault it is really its a matter of who we, the American people, think should be able to fix it. Sure the bottom line is that we are all to blame and no one wants to wear the crown of thorns.

True Sinner, very true. No I won't say it's I who should take the blame for what happened at Abu Garab, yet it should have been the Brigade General in charge of that mess who should have, but were gonna put the junior enlisted soldiers in jail for the crime. Trust me it's the way it should be, that little piece of $hit Specialist who said, once the trial is over I'll b back to duty. LOL, sure, you bet he's not coming back to this army(oh yeah I'm in the army in case ya didn't know).
