Hi guys This is my first thread on this forum and I wanted to say you guys have some great advice. Anyway Ive just made a zealot and I loved it so im going to try to make a hammerdin. Ive heard that Hoto is the best wep for a hammerdin so im trying to make it. I have an ist from my zealots hell forge (pretty excited) and was wondering if a ist and off aura gc with a poison mod is worth vex or vex and ko? thx for the help and expect to see me posting around the forums

im sorry to say but offensive gc with psn mod isnt worth a vex...
But if u dun want to make a hoto u can buy a low one [like 30-31] with an ist...

Or trade the ist for a vex..[duno if its possible in ladder]...and get the pul ko thul yourself...its not that hard...

Just to add to what AlfzZz said, since you are ladder, for the time being get you a low str/dex 4 socket sword and make Spirit (tal/thul/ort/amn=+2 to all skills and 25-35%FCR). No, it's no hoto, but until u get the runes it will suffice and it's cheap to make. Do a few Countess runs to get the runes. Then try and find ya a couple of items worth trading for a VEX. Not saying this is common, but I just found my fourth VEX in the PIT lvl 2 treasure chest. Or Save the IST and Hope somebody will trade you for it with say Like a PUL added in.

I have a couple shield spirits are spirit weps better? and how much mf would I need for good worth while countess runs? and this would be in hell right? oh and on last thing I pretty sure it isnt but would a full IK set be worth vex and im like 99% sure that trangs isnt but I have full trangs to. Mabey trangs and ist for vex?
