Removing Reps

You've been here a month exactly, so if you did get a few "valid" reps then i'm sure you can make them back pretty easily. 2ndly, there are a lot more ppl who had "valid" reps and lost a hell of a lot more than you did, such as anyone who has made a sig for someone. Kinda like the one that was made for YOU. And don't give me crap that you shouldn't give rep for someone making you a sig cause that takes way more time than posting and 2ndly they are helping you out. As its already been stated no one is begging you to stay...

Oh and consider yourself as to warned for flaming outside of the flaming forums, next time i will ban you.

I rep'ed the guy who made my sig thank you very much. I'm just as pissed that the rep I gave to those deserving of it lost it as I am about loosing my rep.

edit: Sinner you're also the only person speaking out about this right now really...and considering you've been here exactly a month, your pull around here is about jack.

I'm not trying to win any popularity just saying what I think. Heaven forbid should someone NOT like whats done.

He is allowed to voice his opinion. The Rep system was reset because of how corrupt it had become. I notice not all of you like this, and I can understand. Some Rep was well deserved. But now Rep does mean something if the only people handing it out will be Mods and Admins. Now 2 bars will really be an eye-popper and a stand-out. So it's ok to be mad, don't flame, but you can voice your anger as much as you please as long as it's kept civil and you aren't spamming. But just remember, we aren't trying to "punish" anyone by resetting the Rep, we are just making the system a helluva lot cleaner and more legit. So work hard, help other members, and you shall see your Rep start to climb again.

well i earned most of my reps from the channel bot and the others were giveing over people just thxing me for something or likeing me.....isnt that earning them,..,..

If you read the thread you'd know there not, mods have base rep points depending on how high there are. Look at me I used to have 3.

yeah chris chill out. it was for the better, admins decided to reset it all because people were abusing it greatly. you can just get them back, it's not a big deal. i find it odd that people are freakin' out about working SOOO hard to get these reps. does it really matter?

Argh there goes 180 valid reps. Oh well screw the rep system. Imma just do what i was before and not care if people give me rep. I also think if you have say 2k posts you can give rep. Or maybe make rep cost points. lol. That would stop the "You give me I give u" nonsense. Im with blind on this, just get rid of the system. You can do as quite a few of my forums have done by getting rid of post count usertitles and shit to stop spammers but then again it also took the fun out of the site.

herrm well its not as easy as it sounds onsidering it took me like 5 months to get those and rite like a few weeks after i get my 2nd 1 all excited about it....it goes down the drain....i guess its good....but only way to get them bac now it by the mods or admins....

i feel really depressed now........


my main goal still is to become mod....i guess then ill get some but if im mod i wouldnt care about my rep..

Its good that the rep system was removed, now its become less of a popularity contest, and I think this thread should be clsoed as the rep system hasbeen removed

Should this thread be closed? Absolutely. I've explained what happened and why it happened, along with other Mods and Veteran members who understand. No more needs to be said. If you're so pissed off about Reputation points, I'd like to explain to you that you could show them off all you wanted, but nobody was going to pick you to be a Mod. The Admins aren't dumb, they know the kinda Rep corruption that was going on. So if your still pissed off about this, cry, and then take a good look at your life and realize it must be pretty darn freaking good if this is your worst problem.
