I want a way to get all my files in my whole computer to be listed by details (when you click view in explorer it has options including: thumbnails, tiles, icons, list, and details.
What I want is to set every file in My computer to be listed by details in one step besides going into every file and setting it to details.
any help?

If i understand what your saying do this:
Press the windows key and the e key at the same time.
Then in the right hand corner there will be a box click it and make it details...simple as that

u should be able to open up the C: drive them goto folder options, set it up how u want it, then hit apply to all sub folders, i think

and yes what he says is right change it in the c drive and hit apply to all subfolders.
