I just PM'ed you about that. You cannot up items from Exceptional to Elite on Non-Ladder (I play NL). Max Venom. Even though it doesn't show the added damage on your character screen, the poison damage is still in effect. And just incase you didn't know, Venom isn't passive. I'm not saying you're a noob or anything, I'm just thinking that maybe you don't play Assassins much.

well i went to diabloii.net and it said Thul Hel Um but said not enabled march 2002. i thot i meant it will be enabled march 2002 but i guess it meant it was disabled that time.

well at least i kno its still there cuz theres no alternate
