OK so everyone gets this. And we have figured out its d2loader.. well I dont use d2loader. I play with the cd in the drive. The only program I have downloaded is my maphack c3po... so why would I get this error if Im playing off the disc?

wow. thats not right. u either use d2loader or some functions in the command line that runs the file (the -ns for no sound and all that stuff). playing diablo 2 should not get u that, as far as i know that message ONLY comes from d2loader.
answer me this
---what is the icon on your shortcuts to diablo?
---does diablo work without the disk in the drive?
---and last, have u ever installed d2loader? cuz u may not have uninstalled it properly

If you downloaded the d2loader and pulled C3PO from it your still using some functions of the program from d2loader. Yes, you will in fact get We have a big error here. I still get it to this day now and then and yes I use my cd's in the drive.

well then that explains it, you are still using some part of d2loader somehow that has maybe been integrated with d2loader, thats why u get the message
