seems Blizzard tweaked their Version Checkers today on USWest (likely to propogate to the other servers within the next day or so). d2jsp picked this up, and detached (as a preventative measure). They are safe, so I added them to the 'safe list', so d2jsp will no longer detach on these. You will however need to update your d2jsp in order to make these detaches on login stop.

So i downloaded the new .dll file, but now its Bringing up an error "unknown version". then it just dosnt load it up. I have completly deleted d2jsp then re-installed it, but still says it. So i dont know if its just me, or something i have to change in a config file. but if you could get back to me about that, that would ROCK! Anyway thnx for being such a devoted d2 hacker/player/ etc.

i think what d2jsp.org is trying to say is that they made some upgrades, so that the bot will not detatch when logging in..(im not sure) but im also confuse, d2jsp is the one that detatch itself when logging in right?? cuz it sense the new check version of bnet?????

The new verision of d2jsp will not unattach as the maker fo d2jsp has deemed the checks safe. If you install maphack after you log in you should, key word should, be fine.

Yea I'm getting odd unknown game version errors now when I update the .dll. anyone know how to fix this?

You guys are awesome. All the answers, all the time. Keep us posted on when and where we can get an updated version of D2jsp with the new version checker on the "safe list". Glad I came here first instead of uninstalling everything and reloading only to have it still not work. Been on over 10,000 runs with D2jsp version 44.26 with YAMB on US West. As of yesterday, no more, "sniff". Oh well, its only a matter of time. We'll be back.

The above portion was already posted, I know. However, the following line from D2jsp.org states that we will only need the new d2jsp.dll file if we already have D2jsp installed. This is something that does not need to be cracked in order to use.

"All you should need from the zip file is the d2jsp.dll, assuming you already have d2jsp installed." from D2jsp.org

Since it does not need to be cracked and it is a small file (about 75 kb) my guess is that it should be available very soon.

I know, I know, I can get it now at D2jsp.org for a small fee. Yeah but paying for this is like paying for sex.... ain't gonna happen.
