sorry if this is in the wrong section but is there any way to prevent former members with banned e mails to make a new e mail and a new account?

just because you cant say stuff about being [email=g@y]g@y[/email] or peoples races, doesnt take out the flame wars section. It produces more fun for anyone threads like the ruin a wish thread. that was sweet and you didnt get in trouble for flaming the owner or other mods. *reclines back grinning* this rule also keeps people in line because they become self-aware of what they say. thats how it is, if you don't like you can EAT IT F***ERS.
