Multi-Game Thread

Hey I think this Diablo 2 forum site should upgrade to a multi-game forum site wich may feature games like halo2, halflife, rainbow six, ect. only online capapble games. I think it would draw in more people and make this site a greater place.
What do you think?.....

This has been debated before. this is D2SECTOR. a website that deals with DIABLO 2 If you want forums for those games. Im sure theres allready some out there.

Why is the subject so close minded? I think it would be a big step for this forum. Diablo2 is 1 game....Games come and go you have to stay somewhat in the present. Everyone here would really enjoy it. I think you would as well considering you probably play more then just D2.

like B!tch said, y would we need a multi-game on here, if u want to play halo2 or halflife, just go buy the games and play them on ur own time, this is a diablo2 site.

It dosen't have to be just a diablo2 site.If all this site offers is d2 in a couple of years this site will probably be deserted. Think of the age of the game. I know i can buy games and play them on my own. Were not debating what i can do. Were talking about what this forum could and should be. Is there nobody here that feels like me. Why just D2? Can we say UPGRADE!

There was a Warcraft III sector also but that needs a new webmaster from my understanding. Spit does not have time to webmaster more than one sector so unless you happen to know a few good webmasters I do not think anything is going to be happening.

BuuuuuuuuuT. . . If we turned into a multi-game site we would have to change everything!!!! Plus we would have too get all our points back. (Like I got any lol) But on the other hand maybe the store would have a better veriaty of items. Once again I would never be able to buy though cause I'm always broke. WHY. . . .Why Me?

It's not hard to redirect the name.

Example- The site www.thisisafakesite.com was changed to www.anotherfakesite.com. If someone would type in www.thisisafakesite.com it would automatically redirect you to www.anotherfakesite.com. It only takes a few seconds to set a redirection up.

Also, I think having a few other popular games on the site would be pretty school. All we'd really need to do is add some Sub-Forums.

We know there are other sites you can go to!!!!! awwwww.....Were not talking about that here were talking about if this forum should be multi-gamed or D2 only. There are pro's and con's like with anything. That's why we should at least think about it. How long do you think these forums will last under diablo2's belt? I think overall Everyone would be a bit more.....happy it happened then didn't.

my friend i knew for 7 years works at blizzard and manages the connections and stuff for diablo2, i was talkin with him last night, and he said they are debating to make a diabloIII or just to make another patch. so i think diabloII is going to fail with the new patch or just be abanded with DiabloIII comming out.

blizzhackers tried to do hacks for counter-strike and team fortress for half-life and it failed, what make u think that other games on here would be successful?

I think it would be cool tohave a howto do glitches help , specs on weapons for H2 , overhead map views of levels, or story mode help. That goes for half-life , rainbow six , as well as gost recon 2. X-box live and ps2 online forums were you can post your acc and play together and also chat about matches or experiences youve had while playing. I can't speak for everyone else but i would enjoy it. It seems everyone is pretty stern on this being d2 only....>_>.Closed minded on the subject -_- lol.
