change color of armor?

i just got some awesome armor from bnet, but its purple and looks fruity, is there some way to change this using my editor?

I'm going to presume that you DON'T know this, but you can only edit any aspect of an item using an editor if you're playing on Open Battle.Net or Single Player. If you're playing on Closed Battle.Net, you can't edit it. But in any case, just modify the item, and change its unique status to the status of an item that is a different color and it will change. That's what I did for single player.

Just go into your editor and edit the item- change its unique status to whatever other item you want, it will assume the color of that item but retain its original stats.

Yes but he also said Awesome, so that rules out Rattlecage.
