Help Help And Plz Explain

This account is on U.S. East Ladder
as of May 6th 05 8:30 pm eastern standard time i was playing Diablo 2 Lod under the account name
msijr01

i played for around 6 hours resulting in logging off around May 6th 05 2:30 am eastern standard time

after playing cs : source for 35 minutes i decided to go play d2 again

when trying to log in to my account msijr01 i recived a message

First Issue

Login Error

That account does not exist.
If you have not been on battle.net
for 90 days with this account
then choose " Creat New Account "
to Creat a new name and password




One Problem I was Playing on the Account no longer than 35 minutes Earlier !!!



Second Issue

When Creating a New Account under either U.S. East / West / asia
and then once logged into this account at the character select Screen
in the top right hand Corner There is a small window displaying ur current Realm Location- on all of the above used realms (U.S. East / West / asia )
that window shows realm to be U.S. West Every time.

My thoughts are that somehow my gateway's are messed up. All gateways prehaps showing east to be west / asia to be west

How that would have happened " I dunno "


Steps Ive already taken to Try self Resolution


Uninstalled Diablo 2 nox / lod entirely
Deleted the folder in the following location --- c:/programfiles/diablo2
removed registry entries for Diablo2/blizzard Software

Start > regedit > Hkey/local/machine > Software > Battle.net /Blizzard



Re-installed the diablo 2 and Lod

re-downloaded and installed patch update Version 1.10

Attempted to log into account msijr01
result : Failed
recived error message

Login Error

also when acessing the otehr accounts i made on U.S. East / West / asia
still result in showing U.S. West once logged into the account



Please God tell me theres hope... i have sunk 3 1/2 years into this game.
to loose it all would outright make me go Loco on the culprit of this disaster

As The Reader of this Thread PLZ let me know What/Why/How/ you possible think this error i occuring for.... i need a reason... an answer... some glimps of hope.

you should post this in the battle.net forum. I hope u can log in there with your account:confused:

Did u use maphack or ne other hacks otherwise find someone u trust and try to have them log on

u are being hacked someone used an exploit in cs 2 obtain acces 2 ur computer changing ur gateway. my suggestion change ur acc pass on another comp every 10 hours. when i was being hacked it worked for me nd after about 2 days the person will give up.

also go to the site listed in an above post an ask them for help.

well after looking through my Registy... i missed a Certain Key that was holding my Current
gate way list i decided to remove the folder entirely I deleted this and re-installed D2resulting in Me playing for anohter 6-8 hours of d2 a day

No not in the enire 3 n 1/2 years of playing have I EVER used or Will i use Any hack that
Exploits the Terms and Agreements Of battle.net in ANY way. I Feel Very Strongly about playing the game the way the Delevoper ... well for a lack of better word. Developed it.
I would have Never posted a Sob story cause I Lost my account if there was foul play such as hacks/bots/violation of Terms and agreements in any way.
