Cookie cutter is something that will get the job done.
Its max BLOCK* When you have 75% to block an enemy attack with a shield. Most common used for Max Block is StormShield Frames.. I dont really know how to explain it sorry.

A cutter cookie is a build that "owns" the game easy, but also a build that is very popular/common (for example a hammerdin)
As long as darkness flows through my veins, I will never cease, As long as my dreams still haunt me, I will never show mercy, and as long as evil lives I will never die.....

I've replied to all of those questions recently, try searching a little.
A cookie cutter cuts cookies, Max block is a namebrand of sun block that keeps your skin from getting teh burnt, and also theres no such thing as frames in Diablo, and people who says there is, is a nub chop (kidding). All of these questions have been answered, you should use the search button first before you make a thread.

Ok, I might as well answer the last one as well.
Diablo works at 25 frames per second. If you don't know what that means, then basically, the picture on your screen changes 25 times per second. All actions in Diablo are calculated in frames. As an example, look here: http://www.blizzsector.co/sorceress-char...uides.html For a sorceress, you will need 105%FCR to reach the 8 frame cast rate, which means that you will be teleporting 3 times a second. Even better is the 200% one, meaning that each cast will take 7 frames, so almost 4 casts per second (7/25). I hope this made it clearer to you. It's the same concept for IAS% and FHR%, you need a certain % to reach a certain frame (frames are different for many characters, but not all, for example, pala and necro have the same FHR brekapoints). You need the exact amount of FHR% to reach the next breakpoint, so 104% is not enough and you will stay within 9 frames. Sometime you hear people talking about "imbetween frames". Such a thing does not exist, it's a load of horse shit. You either make the next frame or you don't. So, with 199%FCR you will still be as fast as a sorc with 105%FCR. Things to watch out for: -Sorc's lightning and fire skills have different frames -IAS frames are affected by base weapon speed as well as skill (Zeal and Sacrifice) That's about it. |
