You just got a temp IP ban what now.
well
if you have a broadband connection there is an easy way to fix this
(this may only work on windows xp)
1. Go to you network connections folder and double click the connection that your internet comes in through
2. Go to the support tab and click details (move both windows to the side a bit)
3. Now go to the connections folder and right click on your connections, you should see a short list if not look through the tabs for it
4. Select Internet Protocol (tcp/ip) and hit properties
5. Pull the details page back up and transfer the info to the properties page you just opened.
6. change the last number in the ip address by 1.
7. Hit ok on both windows and close the details page and all that
8. Open d2, and it SHOULD work. it doesnt always work right for sum reason
if you find yourself not being able to connect to the internet go back to the tcpip properties and change it back to automaticaly select ip and dns
When your dns lease expires you will have to do that so you can connect back to the internet again
Way 2
IF you have a network router you can take your internet and plug it straight into your computer instead of the router to change your ip or the other way around
Hope this helps. Gifts are greatly appreciated d2 name is hero_killer
thanks and have fun
