FINALLY....Im making a singer! :devilish:
Now time for questions..

When do i use dual hotos and when do i use dual wizzies? Or hoto\wiz if any suggest..

Is that bullshi.t or what? Some say NONE into energy...[mana potting is usually allowed in duels]
200 energy roughly 800 life already....So....Should i 'rest-into-life' or 'rest-into-energy' ?

I do have a rough guide of what items i should use..
Some suggest shako while some say arreats [socketed with appropriate jewels/runes]....Which should i use?

What amulet? Big question...Maras? Or 3wc ammy with mods?

What gloves? Trangs? Magefist? Bloodfist?

I've heard that you're always to use dual Wizzies and HoTO's are only good for raising your mana cost per warcry. If it were up to me, I'd go with dual Wizzies too. And yeah, putting most of your points into Energy is a good idea solely to keep away from running out of mana and having to wait for your mana pot.

Yeah, the HoTO's add more to the skills, but really that isn't what you want. You'll already have the stun and the damage, no use riding up the mana cost. Wizzies also give huge bonuses to mana that I'm sure is being overlooked, and if you're given the 30% increased mana, 30% mana regen, and the +240 mana (and growing) boost by the time you can use the wizzies , it means you can lighten up a little on the points spent into Energy.

I suppose if you really wanted the skills, although I don't advise it, you could use one HoTO and one Wizzie... But it is your Singer, after all. Have fun with it. =D

use fhr items now too so id use arreats since i think it has fhr and maybe shael or um it and use 5%fhr scs or warcry 12% fhr gcs.

Dual Wizard Spikes are the best all around~
Use Arreat's Face
And u need Wizard Spike+Energy since singers don't have mana leech~
(HOTO adds only 200 something extra damage,but Wizzies adds u tones of mana and resists~)

I would prefere wizzard since they give you will give you 100% FCR, around 300 mana, 150% resist all, 30% more max mana, and 30% mana renegation. They dont give skill+, but ill rater spend my value on warcry skillers than good resist HotO`s. Your damage will be good enough.

If you use dual HotO`s, then you get 6+ all skills, 80% FCR, 20 Dex, 40 replenish life, 30% increased mana and 60-80% resist all.

When you make a singer, its important that you max battle orders at an early stage. They consume mana extremly fast. Only put 1 skill in shout and battle command.

I would use this gear if i were suppose to make a new singer in non-ladder.

Helm:
Shako socket with Ber/Um/Shael
Weapon:
Dual Wizzard Spike socket with 15% resist juwels, or Lum runes.
Switch:
2x 3+Warcry Weapons
Armor:
Enigma Breast Plate
Gloves:
Magefist
Belt:
15% Verdungos
Boots:
Waterwalk or Eth Sandstorm since eth require only 81 str
Amulet:
Maras
Rings:
Dual SoJ`s

You shoud know that you can get 16 to mana small charms if you need more mana. Renember that alot of mana when you use the gear together with the battle orders skill.
Resist would be:
150-180% wizzard
30% anya quest
20-30% maras
15% if you use um in shako

FHR:
I would advice if you are rich to get 12% FHR on you skill charms.

Dmg reduce:
10-15% Verdungo
10-18% Shako
8% Enigma

You shoud know that if you got a good computer with a fast internet, you can take your warcry to the extreme. By that i mean reach 200% FCR.

Helm:
2+ Barbar skills/ 20% FCR
Weapons:
2x Wizzard Spike
Armor:
Upgraded or normal viper magi if FCR boots does not exist. Or else enigma
Gloves:
Magefist/Trang-Ouls
Belt:
Arachnid
Boots:
Think you can get FCR on crafted boots
Amulet:
2+ barbar skills/ 10% FCR
Rings:
2x 10% FCR

Yea shako isnt what ya want.... areats gives way more better mods when shako gives life and mana and mf...... unless you plan on mfing i choose areats :-D (Never herd of a siging mfer)

just leave as base... since your allowed using mana pots in duels, and no one could tell if you did use them anyway.

Shako gives nice mana and 10% dmg if u use ss (yes, some singers use ss) + nigma u get good dmg reduce

i prefer a +5 war cry (the skill) +5 bo delirium

PvM shud do fine....Especially in baal runs when minions appear in a group closely packed...

The wc shud stun them long enough to last till the next.....But dmg wise....might be a little low...

But shako gives cheaper teleport, much mana and life and damage reduce. Bouth arreat face and shako is usefull, but it all depends on how you want it.
