c3po i need help with missing file

i keep getting an error message and i was hoping that someone out there can help me fix it
the error message is ( the C3PO.EXE file is linked to missing export MFC42.dll6453 ) can any one tell me how to fix it

I would just download the whole thing once again, would be the most simple i think

i have tried reloading them both still the same problem is it a problem with c3po or diablo

then i would think there is a prob. with your diablo.
I can't do anything more, ask someone better then me
