hell baal gcs are the best for high life skillers... and yes reroll it with 3 pgems, its completely random though and its like 1/33 of getting a skiller.

no im not. but heres how to find out.
1. go to www.battle.net/diablo2exp... click on items click on grand charm prefixes count every prefix. this will be your denominator. 2. count every skill prefix this is your numerator.. come to think of it, i think there are 7 chars so 21 skill prefixes.. total prefixes that arent skills are 78 so its 21/78 to get a skill prefix.... to me though that doesnt sound right being its 26% chance to get a skill prefix... maybe its 1/99 (all prefixes)

Higher ilvl is better chance of getting a skiller. Baal is lvl 99 ilvl. If you reroll the gc it won't keep the 39 life.

so that basicly means when you make 78 gcs u get 20 skill gcs i think its too easy

just wondering... does it matter what you think?
And also: I believe you have to count the suffixes too and add those into the denominator of silver's formula. getting +life is a lot harder because you have to multiply the chance of getting a skill gc by the chance of getting a life gc which ends up being pretty small.

yeah i was just talking about plain skill gcs, not ones with 45 life... repeat the formula with suffixes and try it again
