I've been having problems with Winamp for the past about week. I go to launch it and it errors as soon as it launches. After 3 errors my computer freezes, I reinstalled today and I hope that will resolve it. Is any other thing responsible for Winamp freezeing?

I really dont like winamp, too much bullcrap for just a media playing program. I use windows media player 10 for most stuff and media player classic for anything windows cant play.
You sure you dont have any viruses? Does it freeze on everything or just when you play certian things? Did you do anything in perticular just before the problems started?

DELETE WINAMP! Use DivX. It can play anything your winamp can play. I agree with Tahu that its just way to much crap for a media player. Even wmp10 or wmpC is better than that. (I <3 wmpC! Favorite media player ever. All the stuff you could ever need and no bull$hit)

The reason I use winamp is Global Hotkeys. If you can find me a program with global hotkeys, I'll switch.
