Baal Sucks

does anyone else think that diablo was actually harder to beat than baal. I even had more trouble with the minions of destruction than i did with baal. also if u use a town protal it makes his clone go away. thank you blizzard programers(sarcasticaly)

if you fight diablo then fight baal straight after fighting diablo it should be harder. but by the time you'r at baal you'll probobly be a strong level and he'll be easy. i just fought diablo and i only died twice, i feel warm and fuzzy on the inside.

diablo is sometimes harder and sometimes easier...depends on ur luck......theres one times when i fought D,he doesnt even move.....and didnt use his lightning inferno.....(i hate that).....so basically....it is random.....

After a few battles with uber D, the regular D feels like a norm quill rat.

I find that I can kill diablo quite quickly, sometimes without dying, it helps if you have got an ally to distract him with.
Before you can get to him you have to kill large groups of oblivion Knights, the other monsters like Venom Lords are not too bad, but I keep suddenly dying, especially when I fight Lord De Sice, which often surprises me so I when I get killed I have to start back at the River of Flame Waypoint, and when I get back to my corpse there are always loads of Oblivion Knights waiting, and it is often hard to get your stuff back before they kill you again.

On my first run through normal level I got killed about 40 times, and wasted all of my money.

I find that I can kill diablo quite quickly, sometimes without dying, it helps if you have got an ally to distract him with.

Its because of iron maiden curse they put on u...Returns dmg when u hit them.

yea the iron maiden can kill say......a lvl 85 zeal paladin instantly. actually its pretty funny watchin ppl do it and blame it on lag and make up all these excuses.

Sometimes when i am rushing pplz, i will shudder before i enter diabloz lair (normal), and i will bust in there w/my barb, and killing all. then all of a sudden, i will be attacking when i see the familiar curse image over my head, and i will think to myself, "oh crap." but its too late, and my body slumps to the ground. i hear the crooked laugh of the an oblivion knight in the distance as he and his nearby doom knights roared in laughter of killing a strong well-oiled barb. i usually just try to stand there and hope that they put some other curse on me. heh.

Yeah...Nothing is worse that pushing down on ur mouse button to attack only to hear that familiar IM curse sound the split second before u hit them...Then splat.

I also pray when I go into Baal's Throne that I will not see them...They can wipe out a party quickly.

in chaos sanctuary, IM doesnt always take out my pally.... only when i hit them RIGHT as they cast it on me, does it kill me. i dunno if its just me....... or sumthing im wearing but thats when it happens to me.

Same w/ me....If I hit them right as I hear the curse, then I'm dead. Otherwise, I can take them out w/ my pally. But I am so scared of dying, I just typically try to stay back and kill them other ways. Has forced me to put points in FOH (I'm a zealot)...Skill lvl is low = Futile attempt against them.

The thing i hate bout fighting D is that is takes such a long journey,like baal.....

I think that baal can be easier or harder just depending on the luck of it all because at times i own him so fast but sometimes he doesn't budge and kills all my mana even if i use mana pots on my zon so its just the luck of it. You're bound to own if you're doing baal runs and they want to fight until baal but then you never get any drops lol.

ever heard of beserk for your barb? it converts all physical dmg to magical, and it also increases your attack rating, at the small cost of no defense for a second.
