A cold sorc is the best for MFing, because of the Blizzard spell's ability to kill multiple enemies, and fast.

It's pretty much all just how you like your character, you should check the Sorceress guides thread (http://www.d2sector.net/forums/showthread.php?t=4661) to find the stat usage you like the most.

I forgot to say, good luck with the char, those guides should also have the right eq and shit to get 600% MF.
