I haven't gotten any virii using bittorrents but i use it mainly use it for movies and tv shows. And bittorent clients dont install any spyware

WinMX is also a good file sharing program that doesn't have spyware.

I suggest you use the yahoo toolbar it has a pop up blocker and anti-spy

If you want a popup blocker get XP with SP2....Otherwise adaware and spybot S&D take care of things real nice Tongue (i recommend both together)

Norton sucks.
Fully updated it didn't find anything, 5 minutes later I scan with panda and it finds 5.

Ever tried uninstalling norton? You should just try. It's even worse when you have 2 virus scanners installed.
