pindle runs per hour?

Has Blizzard changed how it tracks games per hour so that it watched the key and ip for the same count? The reason I ask is that I have been trying to use 2 keys to up my runs, but once it puts a login ban for the ip it does not matter if I use a different CD key. I can reset the router to get a new ip and continue but others use my connection so doing that every so often annoys then. Maybe I just misread things?

I'm thinking I might start a mf char on another realm and try running alternating realms.
