the CD Key is a 30 day ban unless this is your second infraction.. In that case it will be permanent. The CD Key that is banned is your classic Diablo2 CD Key so you are able use your expansion CD Key.. YOu will also note that any accounts used with the third party programs being detected will be banned for 90 days at which time the account will be removed and added to the pool of available names(basically you gotta remake all your chars, and you lost all your stuff)
