I think that bliz shud do sum type of user sensoring like they do on CS. allow the creator of the server/room whatever, to choose weather to use a program or bot to auto kick/disconect hackers or not to.

Dammit, this couldn't possibly have happened at a more inconvenient time. I just reformatted two days ago and when I returned here to download Maphack, it was gone.

I only use Maphack for the total illumination thing and during Meph runs so I don't throw away a belt full of rejuvenation potions fighting Stygian Dolls. Honestly, I've already done everything the old way, but now it's just a pain; I want it to be easier. I mean, when I have a 0.001% chance to get the one item I need, we're talking hundreds upon hundreds of runs -- having to spend even one minute backtracking after running into a dead end is unacceptable if I'm going to be doing this all month long. It's that kind of tedious drudgery that drove me away from D2 in the first place.

Maphack is nothing more than a simple convenience, but Blizzard perceives it as a threat to their ceaseless efforts to encourage replay. I'm supposed to spend a year getting enough experience to make it from level 98 to 99, and I'm supposed to do the same damn thing every single day because the odds of finding what I need through some other method are so miniscule that even considering changing my routine incites ridicule from others who have resigned themselves to this monotony. It's all so very trivial in the end.

Anyway, that's my two cents. If anyone needs me, I'll be playing Valhalla.

its not undetectable, they could still see u using it if they had the will to, but they dont. they would bust u if u were screwing with the servers (giving them a centive to look). but other than that ur fine.
