how do you use items

:confused: I just downloaded the set items for diablo 2 how exactly do i use them im not sure where to put them ???? could someone help :confused:

i have one

firstly the items are in the form of a file.....
next u need a editor.....
then u click import item...(or sth like that)
then u find the folder there u kept ur files (item files)
then u click ok....
and ure done..
