I found this on battleforums, http://r-1.ch/dropprotect-1.0.zip - supposedly stops Act 2 crash... didn't run it though, use at own risk!

something like this happened to my friend.. this guy told him to download this program taht game him free soj. he did, and the prog made him drop all of his items, and then the guy booted him from the game and he couldnt get back on... funny thing is, it wasnt his account taht he lost all the items on. :p

on the topic of scamming, the tradehack thats in this forum....wouldnt that be considered a scam? after all its based on the old gay switcheroo scam.....care to follow up?

yup, scams are easy to see, and easy to be avoided. USE YOUR FREAKING BRAINS! if it seems fishy at all then dont trust it.

make a plugin folder in ur d2file (only works if u got dloader)

The protection protects from the drophack, if you use protection with rgx-mod it disables itself to help prevent it from scamming, obviously some people hacked it to make it protect always.
