Attention all viewers... lately i have noticed a strong cult comprised of Family Guy fanatics ranting and raving about how the Simpsons stink...this is completely wrong. The Simpsons was the first cartoon/family sitcom/comedy/whatever of thier kind...and the show has been a success for nearly a decade...the family guy lasted a few seasons and then met with the eternal (died) So now we are gonna have a vote. Who stands with me as the Simpsons being the better show?

i do enjot the simpsons but i have to say family guy, it only got canceled becuase some people couldnt handle the comedy, and the ratings were decieving, most people who watch watched together so the stats were screwed up, like in college, everyone here likes fg more than simpons and there are even fg type parties where people crame inot a dorm and watch it all night, fg might be coming back, no other show (except star trek) has come back from being canceled but it has been so for much longer 3yr, thats even a greater feat than simpsons being on for as long as it has

no it was taken from politicians, voltaire turned into soemthing comedic thats why its content is different, in fg peter used it to make fun of politicians that use it when someone said something he disagreed with, fg is very political both ways lol

Family guy is great in fact can be very funny like when he fights the chicken etc... but it seems to get lame sometimes so i have to go with simpsons i can atleast bare the ones that suck or if they do even suck
