Ok, well i tried to download a d2 loader and i clicked the text document that went with it. Well, all the sudden this message pops up "can't find notepad.exe" or something around there and so i look and i found notepad easy in my programs. So i don't know why i can't open word files with it to downlaod the loader. I'm not the best with comps so i don't know what to do. Well, thx guys for your help...

If you open up Notepad, try this:
Open up Notepad, then click File > Open, and then find the D2 Loader document.

It is a notepad file, and not a word document, right? That's weird that it said "coudn't find notepad.exe" tho. Does it do that with jus that file, or with any notepad file now?

No it's just that file. But i listened to silent Killers and it worked. Thx man...
