Okay i Get That And Ive Clicked TroubleShoot Nothing Helped Me Ive Tryed To Update the drivers there no new ones. any1 have an idea of whats going on?

What soundcard do you have? You're running XP I assume. Does it do this in safe mode? When does it do this?

I Dont KNow My Sound Card Its A stock One In A Dell P3 Yeah I Upgraded From 98 To Xp A While Ago. But Never Had This Problem. Never Tried In Safe Mode. Im In Normal Boot Up Mode..Like Every1 Else that uses there comp proper

Do you have system resore enabled? If you can I would try going back if you have a recent restore point. Also, if you look at the system devices (not exactly sure how you get there, something like right cliking on my computer and going to devices somehow), look around in the list of hardware until you find a sound thing and see if ther's any ! or ? etc. next to it. I'll try to find exactly what you have to do to get to the hardware menu a little later tonite. To boot into safe mode, hit F8 when you reboot, just curious as to if it works there or not.

could be the wrong drivers. go to dell.com and download them from there.

i tried to get my updated driver and it told me it was

try uninstalling your current drivers and re-installing them.
