i heard that there are these items but i wasnet sure if they where true and if they are theyre godly

3 soceted 50%mf circlet and rings with 40% mf

can anyone tell me if they exist??

rings yes, fortuitous[SIZE=-1][/SIZE] ring of luck

not so sure about the circlet it probably can get 50% mf but 3 socs can't as far as i know spawn on a magic item even with lazaruks quest. Think max is 2 with lazaruks quest. To get 3 you need the artisan's mod which can't spawn on circlets according to arreat summit.

You can get Jewelers on Circlets I believe, which is 3 socs. I have seen 3 soc magic circs before from a magic mod, not sure about the mf though.

U can get these mods, BUT u cant get both on the cornet. U cant have it on a circlet at all, it have to be elite to be able to gain 3 sockets. U culd have a Cornet with 3 sockets, and u can have a cornet that gives mf, or well Im pretty sure u culd get one with mf...but Im 99% sure u cant get them on the same.

i think it possible on ladder i have seen a few people asking for them last night thats a but load of mf if you were to add 3 ist lol prolly a waste though.

apparently highest mf possible is 1167%

now to answer ur circlet question

Helm (100%)
110% Artisan's Tiara of Luck (35%) Socketed with three 24% Perfect Topaz or three 25% Ist Runes.
90% Set Avenger Guard: Immortal King's Will (Barbarian Only) (40% Socketed with Two 24% Perfect Topazes or Two 25% Ist Runes)
80% Set Corona: Griswold's Valor (30%) Socketed with Two 24% Perfect Topazes or Two 25% Ist Runes
74-75% Harlequin Crest (50% + Socketed with One 24% Perfect Topaz or a 25% Ist Rune)

so the asnwer is No, the highest u can have with 3 socs is 35%.
50% with 2 socs DOES exist though
(Fortuitous circlet of Luck) But u would need perfect mods to get 50% and get lucky with larzuk so u get 2 socs, this is possibly one of the rarest items in the game
