But anyways as I said they do it out of a lack of literacy, see how many of them can spell the word "incoherant" , expecailly after you type it to them -

i.e. "Spell incoherant"

The cant disallow leet speak, they can be anti- however, which could be called abusing powers (if a moderator banned for leet speak)
