Helmet - Nightwing's
Belt - Arachnid's
Boots - E Treks
Gloves - Magefists or Trangs(both have FCR)
Rings - SOJ's
Ammy - Mara's or 3 cold skill ammy
Weapon2 - 6/6/4 CTA
Shield2 - Spirit

instead of COH u can use 20%ormus with +3 blizz or upped skin of viper, instead of etreks u can use gspurs,sspurs, etc, one of the duped classic boots. also one into the first frozen armor, i forget what its called magefists better, mana regen.
