Just got banned for using Easyplay..... lost: Perf-mara, Perf-MpNigma-Permed 08Valk, Perf-Hoto, UpHoz, Perf-Spider, Imps, Perf-Anni, 9Pcombz w/ 27+life...12fhr.

I"M CHOKED SON.... lol i'd never thought it would happen to me until it did.

you got served by Bnet and yes i know what it means... it means that your account was banned because of 3rd party programs-- i believe ur cd key is banned too but im not sure

8 is the degree of ur ban, which is out of 10. That means ur probably banned permanatley. Ur not the only one, just look around the site

I do have a life. A WONDERFULL Life... Yes, most ppl who play diablo don't lol but i do... only get on maybe an hour a day
And i think the warning went out last night-- not sure-- FUTURE TIP- Check this site everytime u log-on so u get the newest information

The numbers are created to designate what category of wrongness you were in to designate the ban (I.E. I don't think they are "degrees" as they all get you banned). "8" is the number associated with using 3rd party software. Your accounts are gone forever. If this is your first offence, then you should be able to continue using that cdkey in about one month ("+ or -" a week probably).

The others are right when they say to check the forums. Probably 9 times out of 10, if you just wait a little bit for other people to get on, they will report problems before you encounter them. While I guess this is kind of a selfish way of looking at it, it is effective

If you were using eplay or any other hacks during the ban window, mule your items immediately. Sometimes it takes bnet a day or two to actually ban your account. Use that time wisely!!!

I don't think so?? I mean, they do temp bans based on IP, but those are easily gotten around, so it wouldn't make much sence to perm ban based on IP. Besides, that would mean (if I'm understanding you correctly) that after your first set of cdkeys, you wouldn't be able to buy more and play (b/c the ip ban) - and of course people have been buying more keys etc... so yeah

It is defiantly impossible to ban your ip adress becuase most people use a dynamic IP witch is most Cable/DSL so you IP adress is always changing even if your IP adress is ban you can change it there are sites on google just type in change wan adress.

But they return your CD key back? after a month or so?

Shame they don't just ban your key becuase its so easy to go to wal-mart and open a D2 box and write down a new key.

hey dont sweat it i got it too just tonight. everything was good, i left at about 7, came back at 12 and im banned. sucks but i cant complain i knew the risk. sucks tho cuz i only started 3 weeks ago...cuz all accounts expired cuz i went to play guildwars when it was released and i 4got to renew...so started over 3 weeks ago and i had 600mf sorc already plus smiter with e exile, coh, dungoes, the works...it was extremely good for only 3 weeks in but hey what can i say...nothing.

No. Netter made Easymap, not Battle.net. It was a one month ban.
