Problem with Anya Portal

It seems somehow my character does not have an Anya portal in hell... I have completed the Anya quest, and already received my rare item+resist scroll. However, whenever I create a hell game there is no Anya portal to get to Pindleskin... Could my character possible be bugged? Is there soemthing i'm missing here? I already completed the quest 5 times in a row, even in other player made games!

Yes I did do a search and no I didn't find any solution...

Please someone help because I cannot figure this shit out!

did you do nithalak? if you did that is why you have no pindle portal

hmm...i think i just posted this, but my post seems to be gone now, so i'll try again....your problem is probably that you did nithalak. once you kill him you no longer get the pindle portal
