trouble w/ no cd loader

im havin problems finding a working no cd loader for diablo 2 lod v.1.11 i dled the one from this site but i cant get it to work... any 1 kno how to get it to work? maybe i did it wrong

I believe the directions are quite elementary, did you replace the two files from your cd and put them in your hd folder of diablo 2?
