Blizzard servers does restart at least once per 6 hours.
SO if smth is dued it will dissapera in 6 hours max.By the way how can you make out if smth is duped without trading it and lost it?

Kind of hard to tell but if you're talking about trading for Runes of the same kind in Bulk rate, then i'd rather not trade with the person for it's probably dupe'd

Yeah, a lot of people have stopped trading hrs because of poofing. I offered someone a legit Jah for an um'd hoz, but they wouldn't take it cuz they don't trust em anymore. Plus, there's no way to tell. The only thing that you can look for is if they offer a ridiculous amount of hrs for an item, like jah ber for dungos or something. My advice is just don't trade for em. Unless you're making a rw with it, there's no need for em anyways.
