Need help w/Dragoon Build

I have been looking around at some intersting character builds lately, and I stumbled upon this Dragoon pally build. For those who don't know, this is a smiter/thrower build. I have some of the skills so far, but I'm not sure where to put the rest of them. Also, the equipment needs critiquing, since I'm not totally sure if this is the best stuff for a thrower/smiter.

Here's the build so far:

Skills:
Smite (max)
Holy Shield (max)
Defiance (max)
Blessed Aim (?)
Fanatacism (?)

Stats:
Str: just enough for equip
Dex: enough for max block with exile and HS
Vit: rest
Energy: base

Here's where I need the most help. Here's the list, and hopefully someone can help fill the holes and correct my inevitable mistakes...

Helm: Shako + Um
W1: Demon's Arch + 40/15
S1: Exile
W2: CTA
S2: Lidless Wall/Spirit
Armor: Fort
Belt: Dungo's
Boots: Sandtreks
Gloves: Dracs
Rings: Ravens + SOJ
Ammy: Mara's

Again, this build needs a LOT of tweaking, so I appreciate any help/criticism. Also, don't hold back on item suggestions, no matter how expensive. I have most of the items listed on this character so far from my zealer and hammerdin.

Well, for the skills Blessed aim could maybe put some in as your going, or the rest in that. Fanat you need because *Speed + dmg*. I say max fanat to
